The Stillness Hour: A quiet reset
We would love to have you join in silent group meditation
here at OPE:

7–8 PM

This hour is intentional, to pause, reset, and return to yourself.
There will be no speaking. You’re welcome to meditate, journal, sit, lie down, breathe, or simply be. You’re invited to come as you are and settle into quiet presence.
Smiles/hugs are welcome, but we kindly request no conversation within the space.
This is a shared container for cultivating inner peace and consciously tending to what we do want to see reflected in the world.

Women’s Wellness Gathering – Worm Moon Eclipse
Tuesday, March 3rd · 6–8pm

OPE will be holding space with a women’s gathering to honor the Worm Moon + Lunar Eclipse. This Moon marks the stirring beneath the surface… what has been dormant begins to move. With the added intensity of an eclipse, this gathering invites reflection, refinement, and grounded space to release.
Red light therapy, vibration plate, grounding pads, and additional wellness tools will be available to utilize. Light bites and tea will be provided.
This gathering is donation-based.
Participants often contribute through monetary donations, self-care tools, or food to share. All forms of contribution are appreciated. Donations help sustain the space.
