at OPE
We are excited to invite 10 individuals to join
OPE’s 3rd annual Conscious Connecting
This 21+ experience is centered around becoming more intentional in relationship with this plant ally, whom we’ll refer to as Mary
This is an invitation to approach her as more than a habit. To begin relating to her as a plant teacher, a guide, and a form of medicine when met with awareness and respect.
Together, we’ll explore the balance between reverence and reliance.
We will begin by sipping an optional mango crème mocktail while absorbing the sounds of singing bowls.
Once everyone has settled in, we will ground into the body through breath and a short guided meditation.
From there, we open into conversation around intention, awareness, and the many ways this relationship can evolve over time.
After the guided portion, we will ease into a more relaxed space to connect, enjoy light snacks, and integrate together in community.
You will receive a small, optional take home gift.

EARTH DAY CLEAN-UP
OPE wants to give back to the Earth and the neighborhood we call home.
We’ll be walking around the neighborhood, picking up what we can—come through, grab a bag, and join in anytime between 3–6 PM.
We’ll have bags, gloves, and some grabbers ready.
Wear something comfortable for walking and bending.
OPE will handle hauling everything to the Metro Waste Authority.
As a thank you, we’ll have tea, good tunes, and seed bombs for you to take and toss back into the Earth
If you can’t make it but still want to support, contributions to help cover supplies and hauling are always appreciated.

On May 16th, join us at OPE for an immersive experience into
Quantum Manifestation
This is about gaining a true, grounded sense of how to align with what you actually desire. Often, what we want is already within reach—we just push it away through our words, seeking external validation, or getting caught in feeling like we’re not enough.
During this workshop, you’ll be guided through a practical, step-by-step approach to embodying the basics behind quantum entanglement and how your awareness directly impacts what you experience.
We’ll move through meditation, reflection, and simple practices you can take with you—so this becomes something you learn to integrate into your daily life.
