We will drop into the flow state through a brief meditation, and then we'll utilize paints, and other fun materials onto a small canvas for you to take home!

For so many of us the energy associated with "rage" can feel daunting and leaves us with fragmented emotions ranging from guilt to shame and sadness.
Here you will learn to become radically accountable for those instances where you may have erupted and have repair to do within relationships or towards yourself. We will equip you with many tools and somatic techniques to move through what is triggering you, in a healthy and productive manner.
To integrate these lessons we will conclude with a meditation utilizing sound bowls and aroma therapy.
